Newly released from Mayfair Games is The Witches . The Witches is the 2nd in Mayfair’s series of board games that’s based on the Discworld literature of Terry Pratchett and also designed by game designer, Martin Wallace (Steam, Age of Industry, Automobile, Doctor Who).

Take on the role of a young trainee witch, such as Tiffany Aching and Petulia Gristle, travelling across the land of Lancre helping folks where you can and fighting evil and other things as and when they appear. Most problems can be solved with a little headology, but at times you must resort to magic. However, care must be taken as too much magic can lead a young witch to turn ‘Black Aliss’. You’ll be fine just as long as you have the odd cup of tea with a fellow witch.
The Witches can be played collaboratively, competitively, or even as a solitaire game.
