Welcome to the TV business, you and up to 5 players are competing start-up television networks in The Networks, a card drafting strategy game.
Starting with only three awful public access shows and a small amount of cash you will each vie to turn your network into a high ranking network. You have only 5 seasons to secure the best Shows, the most popular Stars, and profitable Ads to gain the Viewership that you’ll need to win the game. Your Shows will age each season and at some point lose popularity, so you must be quick to get those into your Rerun line-up and replace them with fresh new shows. You’ll find that Stars are picky and have certain working conditions from the genre of show to whether they’ll work with other Stars. Finally, there are Network Cards that can add special benefits that range from immediate, one-time use, and end game only.
