New: Four Gardens a family weight strategy game from Arcane Wonders. Four Gardens features a 4-tiered pagoda that will be rotated during the game to yield resources to players. Players use the four different resources to play on and complete cards. Cards can be placed in a player’s play area to build later or they can be used to take an action. Actions include: placing a card to your play area, rotating the pagoda to take resources, or moving resources from your storage area to your cards for construction. Completed cards move scoring markers ahead on one of four tracks. They are also flipped to form a pictorial panorama. These panoramas can be two to five cards long and will yield additional points when completed.
Four Gardens is easy to get on the table. It is easy to learn and play. It looks good on the table. – – 2 to 4 players – – 45 minutes game play.
