We had a fantastic time on our recent trip to the Uinta Mountains in northeastern Utah. Naturally we took along several games for an “off the charts” experience.
We couldn’t have asked for better weather and this time of year the aspen leaves were changing colors – beautiful.

This fast 2-player game makes a great travel game. It’s all about horses, pigs, cows, and sheep in this game in which you need to build stables and fence in pastures in order to get the animals you need for victory points.

After our Agricola All Creatures Big and Small gaming session we set off on a short hike to the top of Bald Mtn. While a short hike, it was very rocky and gained 1,250 ft in elevation topping out at 11,943. Great views.
Our next ideal spot within the Uinta Mountain Range was at Christmas Meadows. After hiking in this area we found a nice spot to relax and set up and play our next game, Isle Of Skye.
