Trekking The World sounds like a good idea any time. Now players can trek around the world on their tabletop at home in this light strategy game. This is the second trekking game from Underdog Games. The first is Trekking The National Parks: 2nd Edition.
In Trekking The World, there are 48 destinations that clearly need to be visited. Players use trek cards for movement points and to claim destination cards when they arrive. Along the way, there are souvenirs to be collected and bonuses to be claimed. Players are always on the move using trek cards, airlines, or journey cards. It’s a long ways from Banff to Timbuktu to the Great Barrier Reef, but it will be fun all along the way.
